Brian Baker is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Transcend United Technologies, where he manages accounting, finance, purchasing, logistics support, customer financing programs and related supporting business systems. A growth-focused business leader for the last two decades, Baker has helped to lead organizations through M&A integrations, turn-arounds and the launch of new business initiatives while building an organization focused on operational excellence. He has been a senior leader for several IT services organizations that have delivered a broad range of products and services to meet the complex needs of large enterprise IT organizations.
In his role as CFO at Transcend United, Baker's primary goal is to build the financial and back-office systems to support the aggressive acquisition of additional tier 1 enterprise clients. Baker has been an innovator in creating flexible programs to best fit customer's unique requirements. He is also the driving force behind maintaining and continually improving the systems that have earned Transcend United Technology outstanding customer satisfaction ratings as measured by all of their top vendor partners.
Richard Tarity is Executive Vice President (EVP) of Marketing, Sales and Business Operations for Transcend United Technologies, where he manages the overall sales, marketing and business development activities across the company. In this role he also participates as a strategic consultant for enterprise clients in a wide range of industries including manufacturing, retail and financial services. Tarity joined Transcend United following the merger with LiquidSpoke, Inc. where he was the Founder and CEO.
In his role as EVP, Tarity's primary goal is to facilitate and enable technology-driven solutions that align corporate business objectives with cohesive technology strategies for the global enterprise. He has added several key management team members to accommodate the rapid growth of the company. Under his direction, Transcend United was named to the VAR 500, Philly 100, CRN 100, INC 500/5000, and Deloitte 500/50.
Robert Boyer is Executive Vice President (EVP) of Services for Transcend United Technologies, where he oversees the company's engineering team and also works closely with customers, advising them on the best technology choices that address their specific business issues. With a wide-range of IT industry experience, Boyer is a key member of Transcend United's executive management team.
As part of Transcend United's leadership team, Boyer also plays a critical role in Transcend United's M&A execution and integration strategies. Throughout his career, Boyer has worked for numerous IT organizations around the world including SAP, Siebel, Information Resources Inc. and Cotelligent UK.
Stephen Benson is Senior Vice President (SVP) of Managed Services for Transcend United Technologies, where he is responsible for oversight of the division's business strategy, revenue performance and data center operations. Additionally, he is charged with identifying market shifts, technology trends and opportunities for Transcend United to leverage its engineering capabilities and expertise in the marketplace. A career technologist, Stephen Benson has more than 17 years of business experience integrating business goals with innovative technology solutions to meet marketplace needs.
Benson joined Transcend United following the merger with LiquidSpoke where he was responsible for engineering and managed services. While at LiquidSpoke, Benson leveraged his enterprise experience and played a critical role in developing the company's IT management model for its managed services practice. Previously, Benson spent 12 years at an arm of General Motors (GM), a Fortune 50 company, where he gained knowledge and experience in growing and expanding rapidly growing companies into emerging global markets.
Leon Orr is Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Wireless & Mobility at Transcend United Technologies, where he manages the overall direction and execution of our wireless and mobility portfolio to our clients. In this role, Orr's focus will be on the growth of the practice and managing the expansion of the capabilities into a solutions-based practice.
An enterprise practice leader for more than 30 years, Orr has an unparalleled track record of providing the leadership necessary to drive successful execution of a company's business mission through evaluation, development and deployment of technology solutions. Adept at effectively building large, diverse, team-centered support organizations, Orr has managed and built professional services organizations for major manufacturers such as Paradyne, AT&T, Bay Networks, and Nortel Networks.
Mark Lindgren is Vice President of Sales for the Midwest Region for Transcend United Technologies . In this role since 2004, Lindgren is responsible for leading the Transcend United's sales teams in the North Central region. Lindgren as been senior leader at Transcend from its beginning. Under his leadership sales revenue has grown over 300%.
A 25-year sales veteran in the telephony and technology industry, Lindgren previously held sales and sales leadership positions at AT&T, Lucent Technologies and Echelon. He also has had successful experience building sales channels and infrastructure with technology start-up companies.
Eileen Wainwright is Vice President of Sales for the Northeast Region for Transcend United Technologies, where she oversees the direction and management of the sales and business development operations for the Northeast. In this role, she works closely with Transcend United's ecosystem of partners to grow the company's revenue. Wainwright has demonstrated consistent growth in the regions overall revenue and profitability. With a keen focus on results-oriented business development and a background in enterprise sales, Wainwright helps customers identify, evaluate, select and implement the technologies best suited to their business needs.
Wainwright also manages the region's development of sales tools and strategies and works closely with marketing to roll-out marketing programs to support sales efforts. Wainwright joined Transcend United following the merger with LiquidSpoke where she was a Partner responsible for Sales and Administration. Previously, Wainwright spent 15 years at Viacom where she gained knowledge and experience in growing and expanding a rapidly growing global Fortune 100 company.
Jeff Meacham is Vice President of Sales for the West Region for Transcend United Technologies, where he provides senior leadership, development and execution of regional sales plan and go-to-market strategy. Meacham joined Transcend United following its acquisition of the Converged business unit of Relational Technology Solutions (RTS), where he provided key leadership, was responsible for developing market share and successful sales teams in burgeoning technologies and target verticals on the West.
With over 20 years in the industry, Meacham has extensive experience growing revenues and maximizing profitability by developing tailored sales, marketing and channel sales programs. Leveraging his entrepreneurial experience and self-driven spirit to motivate teams, heβs successfully captured the market for technology resellers and integrators.
Meacham previously held sales and leadership positions at leading communications and technology companies Technology Integration Group, Pac-West Telecom and Exodus Communications, among others.
Jeff Siedlecki is VP of Sales and Business Operations for Transcend United Technologies, where he manages sales support, maintenance and support renewals, billing, purchasing and logistics as well as supporting business applications and tools. Siedlecki joined Transcend United following its acquisition of the Converged business unit of Relational Technology Services (RTS), where he provided key leadership over the day to day accounting and operations team as Vice President of Finance and Operations. With over 18 years in finance, accounting and operations, Siedlecki brings a unique blend of experience to the back office operations of Transcend United. Through his leadership, Transcend United will continue to provide best in class service to our customers and sales force while fostering efficient and reliable sales order processing systems to support the aggressive growth strategies of Transcend United.
Tim Linson is VP of Service Delivery for Transcend United Technologies and has been involved in the telecommunications industry for more than 25 years through Direct Sales and Services Management. Linson worked for AT&T, Lucent and Avaya for eleven years before entering the Avaya Business Partner channel in 2000. Prior to joining Transcend United, Linson was the Vice President of Services for Relational Technology Solutions (RTS), a company acquired by Transcend United in 2012. Linson continues to manage his experienced and highly certified team in his new role. He has been part of the Avaya Services Council the past four years, and with his vast sales and services experience, offers a creative perspective when discussing support direction with customers and ecosystem partners.
Shane Freeburg is Vice President of Services for Transcend United Technologies, where he oversees the direction and management of Delivery and Support services. Freeburg works with our customers and sales force to ensure that Transcend United solutions and services are backed by sound process, technical capabilities, and a consistent focus on customer satisfaction. With a background in Project Delivery, Freeburg has developed a reliable project methodology that is consistently recognized by our ecosystem partners and customers as an industry leader. Since joining Transcend United in 2006, the company has received multiple recognitions for its customer satisfaction ratings within the ecosystem of partners. Freeburg is a 15 year veteran of the industry with previous experience in Fortune 500 companies like Qwest Communications. Freeburg manages all areas of Delivery and Support including: Presales Design, Project Management, Engineering, Training, and Post Implementation Support.
